Good people, new skills and real support
Work hard. Learn as you go. Nothing complicated – just people helping people and pitching in. You’ll get to know your customers, understand what matters to them, and help keep their projects moving with the right materials, tools and advice. Along the way, you'll pick up new skills, gain practical experience and keep learning as you go.

There’s more than one way in

No set path, lots of possibilities.

People join us from different backgrounds, bring different experiences and follow different paths. Some start in a branch, some on site, some in support roles. Many have built long careers here, others are taking their first steps. Wherever you start, there’s always the chance to try something new, work with great people and make your mark.

SEE OUR ROLES

The thing I enjoy the most is the people - working with colleagues and building relationships with customers. Ultimately, we want to be the people our customers know, can trust and have confidence in. We're the people they can phone and we'll always help them out.
