Learn from drivers who’ve done it
Our Driver Academy is all about helping you feel confident before you even hit the road. This isn’t sitting in a classroom ticking boxes. It’s hands-on learning with experienced drivers who know the job inside out and are there to help you every step of the way. You’ll get stuck into real-life delivery situations, learn how to use specialist kit safely, and build the skills you need to handle the job like a pro. It’s practical, supportive and designed to get you road-ready from day one.

I felt ready to get on the road and on with my first job sooner than I expected. You’re learning from drivers who’ve been there, know how it feels and are there for support, so it never feels like you’re on your own. It pushes you – in all the right ways.

Learn real skills with people who’ve got your back
Forget death-by-PowerPoint. Our residential Driver Academy is built by drivers, for drivers, so everything you learn matches what the job is really like day to day. You’ll train in small groups, get hands-on with the equipment you’ll actually use, and learn how to deliver great service from people who know their stuff. It’s all about building real skills, backing yourself and feeling part of the team from the very start.
